🔴 Roy Moffett (#2129702) had both sides of his face broken by guards. On March 12, 2025, he attempted suicide and was **denied medical care** by COs Hall, Fields, and Rosenbaum. He’s now locked in a partial cell with no bed and has begun a **hunger strike** after being denied reentry — which he qualifies for.

🔴 Michael Goumenis (#1178004) has suffered an **untreated ear infection for 18 months**. On March 11, he was bitten by a poisonous spider, and his chin swelled to the size of a tangerine. PA Holbrook punctured the wound with a needle and no anesthesia, gave no pain meds or antibiotics, and left him with a 1-inch-deep open wound. Multiple emergency grievances were ignored.

• Michael’s independent medical evaluation
• Disciplinary action against PA Holbrook
• Firing and prosecution of COs Hall, Fields, and Rosenbaum
