– He’s been banned from sending money to his mother
– His pre-diabetic shoes and legal materials were confiscated
– He’s been cut off from phone calls

🔴 Austin Arocho (#1953748) set himself on fire last year due to starvation.
– He has documented mental health diagnoses and is not receiving proper treatment.
– He hasn’t been heard from in weeks
– His mother is terrified
– He’s being held in total communication blackout
